The flowers themselves turned out beautiful but I was not at all happy with my experience. The service fees for this shop seemed a bit outrageous compared to others in the area but I was desperate to have flowers delivered to a friend of mine as soon as possible so I figured the higher expense would mean faster delivery.. I was very much incorrect. I paid for same day delivery and waited hours for an email from the business saying that my flowers had arrived, but didn’t receive one. I then texted the number that was given asking for an update, once again hours later and got no response. Then somewhere between 8 and 9 at night I decided to call and see why I never received an update and was informed that my flowers never got delivered, even though I paid $30 in service fees for same day delivery. The reason they gave me was that my location was slightly further away from the rest and that their delivery driver was told they could go home early that day. I was extremely disappointed and expected much better service since I paid almost $100 for a bouquet that would hopefully make my friend smile on one of the saddest days she’s had to experience. The flowers were delivered the next day and as stated before turned out beautifully, but a day late and far more expensive than I ever would’ve paid if I knew the service would have been so disappointing.

It was Saturday afternoon when I wanted to send flowers to my mom after surgery, and I needed the flowers to be delivered on Sunday. I didn't think anyone delivered flowers on Sunday; but thankfully, Country Girl did, even though it wasn't 24 hours later.Their selection was great. The prices were very reasonable, and the delivery was made at exactly the right time.I highly recommend Country Girl Flowers for any ocassion.
