The flowers were lovely, fresh and lifted the spirts. Two arrangements one for my granddtr and another for her mother. Both allowed a scared girl and a mom who’d just had surgery enjoy something together. I support ordering from this florist BUT am terribly disappointed I couldn’t place 2 orders on 1 form, instead had to do 2 separate orders and pay 2 shipping fees. Wrong! 2 bouquets to same house same delivery- should not have these charges. I’ve called & requested a refund of one of the fees, but no reply just a voice mail that said “leave your message or don’t”. Very poor way to operate a business. Pam Towers
