I sent an email before stating I was disappointed. The arrangement was suppose to be multiple red and white carnations. You substituted red and white roses with a garnish ribbon to make up for the lack luster. It was suppose to look cheerful but it was not to me . Just was just ok and fir that price , I would not have ordered what you substituted.
